It's a BOY! It's a BOY!

I realize it is my duty as a father to scan and post the ultrasound photos, but alas, I was pressed for time last night. Hopefully Angie will find the time in her ridiculously busy day to scan them so I can edit this post and show the world my son's privates!

Wow! Two boys! Momma's gonna have her hand full, eh? I overwhelemed with joy!! I've been thinking about the "brothers" and how much fun we will have with them and how much fun they will have with each other throughout the years. I can't wait to have the bestest two little boys running around the yard with a big red plastic bat while their momma pitches wiffle balls at them (of course, daddy will have to play outfield and chase down all the balls). I can't wait to see Carter put the worm on Baby Boy's hook and then take the fish off a few moments later for his little brother whilke his moma and daddy watch and smile. The only downside to all of this is knowing their big sister will probably dress them in "dress-up" clothes with loads of make-up and take pictures of them to embarass them for the rest of their lives. Plus she told me she was going to tell everyone she saw their butts. Haha!

We'll also hafta work hard at not leaving momma out, either. I know that in years to come they'll wanna do boy stuff that isn't momma-friendly, but that is where daddy comes to the rescue and makes momma a part of it some how, some way. Of course, if Baby Boy (I keep calling him baby boy 'cuz we haven't decided upon a name ye) is as big of a momma's boy as Carter is, we have nothing to worry about.

If life gets any better, lemme know 'cuz I won't realize it.

It's Official!

I felt it! I felt it move! "IT" REFERS TO THE LITTLE ANGLE IN MY WIFE'S BELLY. Last night we were lying in bed watching the 2nd DVD of the day (which equals 8 episodes of LOST's first season) and she turns over and says, "You wanna feel him?" So I touched her belly and there it was just a moving around and squiggling about. It was amazing. I forgot how excited I got when I felt Carter moving for the first time.

Also, today is the day we find out what we are having! Angie thinks it is a boy. She had a dream it was. We'll see. Me, I have no inclinations. It is what it is ~ Popoye. Only thing is, though, we can't decide on any names. We had Isabella picked out for 4 years but then my wife read it was one of the top 5 most popular names of 2005 so now that is a no-no. Boys, well we are sort of leaning towards Gavin or Davis.

I'll keep you posted on the afternoon's events!
